About the work
I designed the programme from the ground up: a foundation stage then a formation stage, built on four constant pillars — faith and values, knowledge, skills, and community service — each stage with its own curriculum, goals, and a graduation for those who meet its criteria.
It runs on a paperless system: teachers log attendance and lessons with a tap, the system proposes who is ready to move up, and the supervisor approves.
